The day began with a hearty breakfast followed by registration, setting the stage for an engaging series of sessions. James Foster welcomed delegates to AirlinePros Regional Assembly Session 3, outlining the key objectives of the day.
The first session, led by Achma Asokan, revisited and reinforced the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Through a review of real-world scenarios, attendees discussed best practices for maintaining ethical standards in global operations. The open forum encouraged sharing personal experiences, with actionable insights on addressing FCPA challenges.
Thomas Windmuller then took the floor to define effective leadership. The session covered strategies for team cohesion, fostering collaboration, and understanding leadership styles that positively impact team dynamics.
After a tea break, Thomas Windmuller returned to present on Emotional and Cultural Intelligence in global settings. He shared techniques for overcoming cultural barriers and enhancing collaboration through emotional intelligence. The open forum encouraged delegates to share their own experiences, discussing strategies for improvings communication and relationships with difficult clients or colleagues.
The afternoon sessions continued with Achma Asokan diving into the AirlinePros Business Model, giving a comprehensive overview of the organization’s structure and strategic initiatives. After this, Xavier Masule shared insights on Revenue Share and Service Models, breaking down expectations, responsibilities, and opportunities for empowerment.
Shreyas Nanavati followed with a detailed product overview, discussing key services such as GSA Servicing and ARC BSP Programs, and addressing the future of Contracting Partners. Anil Mathew Asokan concluded the afternoon with an exploration of Communication, Collaboration, and Technology at AirlinePros, focusing on AI, automation, and evolving tech tools to enhance internal processes and collaboration.
Post tea break, delegates enjoyed a Panama Canal Sightseeing Tour, a perfect blend of leisure and learning, before gathering for a refined dinner at Ayala Vida, a traditional Panamanian restaurant.
