At AirlinePros, we believe product training is a cornerstone of a thriving corporate culture. This is more so as we are a niche business that needs consistent innovation, efficient operations, and strong customer engagement. It involves educating team members about AirlinePros’ products and services, benefits, usage, and underlying technology. Some of the services we touched upon included the following:

Airline Commercial Services Agency (ACSA or GSA)
ARC BSP Supports Services (ABSS)
Advisory and Consulting Services

Taking our global teams through these services and training on ancillary products, with referral product overviews were Shreyas Nanavati, CEO, AirlinePros International and Vinu Baby, CEO, AirlinePros International Service Center. Only with adequate product training can team members be effective ambassadors for the product. Methods of integrating training into corporate culture, ongoing learning opportunities, updates, hands-on workshops were discussed in detail – to create an informed and dynamic workforce.

Different departmental heads also introduced their teams and services to the global team members – from customer service, to fare filing, data analytics to marketing communications.

The day turned out to be sunny with a picturesque sunset making the perfect setting for the famous houseboat ride along the backwaters of Kerala. The gigantic boat, erstwhile paddy carriers now passenger, air conditioned, glided over still waters lined with swaying coconut palms and that special shade of greenery one finds only in Kerala. Gentle sounds – birds calling, water rippling, soft thrum of the engine – provided a great background to the rustic sights of excited children, lone anglers, washerwomen, waterfowls and cormorants. Quite an escape into Kerala’s enchanting heart.

The gala dinner to the accompaniment of live music by the smashing Rony-Leah duo made the day all the more memorable.
