True to the driving theme of the Sessions, the second day saw AirlinePros senior management from around the world deliver presentations on life – and values – at AirlinePros, effective leadership, business models and best practices, technology that empowers. There were interactive sessions where team from all over the world shared their own thoughts and ideas on working together.

After a warm welcome to all delegates and an introduction to ‘God’s own country’ where the Session was organized, Col (Retd.) Thomas Mathew outlined the growth of AirlinePros and company vision about opportunities and growth and the way ahead.

Achma Asokan, Group CEO, emphasized the importance of working ethically, in strict compliance with the laws of the land we operate in – over 60 and counting – by the way. Aviation and travel industry expert Thomas Windmuller led the ‘Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Cultural Intelligence’ programs. “Each one of us are managers and leaders in our own spheres of influence and it is critical that we as a network are able to work across boundaries together for this to happen,” said Windmuller. “We need to be aligned in our understanding of leadership, the thought process behind it and the collaborative effort needed to work as a united front when working with all our stakeholders.”

“As we gather at the AirlinePros Regional Assembly with colleagues from around the globe, I am energized by the opportunity to elevate our shared expertise, deepen insights, and shape the future of the AirlinePros Network,” said Shreyas Nanavati, CEO. “Our commitment to collaboration drives us to create exceptional value for our network partners and clients worldwide. I look forward to reinforcing these relationships and advancing the strategies that propel our collective success.”

Key insights into the working of AirlinePros at global and local levels were delivered by Xavier Masule, CFO. Tools to aid productivity and collaboration were introduced to the attendees by Anil Mathew, CTO who also spoke about our proprietary technologies in strategic selling, account management, data science and pricing and revenue protection to enable our clients to maximize sales and become market leaders – some traits which has made us the leading GSA!

When you are in Kerala, the clouds don’t wait to open. Rains gave the venue a mystic aura – only complemented by the evening of exclusive cultural shows. We gave our global team a taste of authentic Kerala with Ottamthullal, a lively recite-and-dance form that tackled social issues in a satirical way, performed by renowned dancer Maruthorvattom Kannan.
