“More Miles, More Privileges”
Lao Airlines, the national carrier of Laos, is pleased to introduce its latest product, the ‘Champa Muang Lao’ (CMI) frequent flyer program, allowing customers to earn benefits as they fly.
‘Champa Muang Lao’ members enjoy privileges such as priority check-in, access to business lounge with economy ticket, additional baggage allowance, priority boarding, and preferred rates with Lao Airlines partner hotels. Accrued points can be redeemed in award tickets or upgrades on Lao Airlines domestic and international routes.
Two types of cards are available under the CMI frequent flyer program: The ‘Silver Card’, issued to members, who traveled at least once after registration, and the ‘Gold Card’, for members, traveling 10,000 miles (or more) within 12 months.
“It has been an honor to represent Lao Airlines on the North American market for the past five years,” commented Mike Waddle, U.S. Product Manager Lao Airlines. “We are proud to see the tremendous growth as a result of our sustained promotion. The launch of the CMI frequent flyer program will enhance the excellent product and services, offered by Lao Airlines.”
