AirlinePros Japan GK a leading provider of airline representation and distribution support services, seeks to employ a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Customer Success Executive to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven professional, who understands the Japanese B2B travel market, to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand visibility, and expand the customer base of our airline clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales and marketing efforts, building strong relationships with travel trade partners as well as other stakeholders, and contributing to the overall success of our organization and our airline clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Drive sales conversations and deliver educational training to travel agents in the Japan market on behalf of our clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, airlines, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for both AirlinePros and its clients
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the travel industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to new strategies and changing clients’ needs while maintain professionalism and meeting deadlines.
- Experience of working with a CRM system.
- Proficient in Japanese and English.
