AirlinePros Namibia (Pty) Limited, a leading provider of airline representation and distribution support services, seeks to employ a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing manager to join our dynamic team in Windhoek.

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven professional, who understands the Namibian travel market in terms of B2B and B2C travelers, to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand visibility, and expand our customer bases of our airline clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing efforts, building strong relationships with both B2B and B2C clients as well as other stakeholders, and contributing to the overall success of our organization and its airline clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to ensure effective performance and results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, airlines, and industry stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Act as a brand ambassador for both AirlinePros and its clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth & leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• The ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and exhibit cultural intelligence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to new strategies and changing clients’ needs while maintain professionalism and meeting deadlines.
