Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Vacancy: 1 Position
Reporting to: Senior Customer Service Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist passengers with bookings, ticketing, and inquiries.
  • Handle booking changes, refunds, and customer complaints.
  • Provide administrative and reporting support.
  • Maintain compliance with airline standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Certificate in a relevant field (travel or customer service preferred).
  • 1 year of airline or travel industry experience.
  • Knowledge of airline reservation systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
