Handle booking changes, refunds, and customer complaints. Provide administrative and reporting support. Maintain compliance with airline standards and regulations. Qualifications: Minimum certificate in a relevant field (travel or customer service preferred) Minimum 1 year of airline or travel industry experience. Knowledge of airline reservation systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
