Romania’s Blue Air has added its second service into Stockholm Arlanda (ARN), commencing a twice-weekly (Tuesdays and Saturdays) connection from Turin (TRN), joining its existing operation from Bucharest. The new service will be operated with the airline’s 737 fleet, and this 1,100 mile sector will face no direct competition. According to the current OAG schedule, the Swedish service is Blue Air’s 16th route from its Italian hub.
Headquartered in Bucharest, Blue Air (OB/475) is a Romanian airline with its main hubs at Henri Coandă International Airport (OTP), and Turin Airport (TRN). Blue Air offers flights to over 100 destinations in Europe and the Middle East, including Athens, Barcelona, London, Lisbon, Madrid, Paris, Rome, and Tel Aviv.

The cake for the inauguration of the Stockholm Arlanda and Turin route was cut by Vlad Cristescu, Senior Network Development Executive at Blue Air and Ole Wieth Christensen, Director European Route Development, Swedavia.
