The airline is headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City and operates out of two main hubs: Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City) and Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi). VietJet Air has established interline and codeshare agreements with Japan Airlines, Qatar Airways, and Thai Airways, which allow passengers to book connecting flights on both airlines and enjoy convenient travel experiences.

VietJet Air offers a loyalty program, SkyJoy, to give limitless earn and redeem activities across ASEAN, as a reward to its frequent flyers. Members earn points on flights operated by VietJet and its partner airlines. Sky+ option gives the members extra benefits. Moreover, VietJet Air is committed to maintaining high safety standards and operational excellence and the airline is a member of IATA.

VietJet Air serves a network of 120 destinations including domestic and international destinations, connecting major cities and tourist destinations. The destinations include Australia, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
