Air Macau

Air Macau is the flag carrier of Macau and services  many points within China and East Asia, including Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan and Vietnam from its hub at the Macau International Airport.

Launched in 1994, the carrier earned a three-star rating from Skytrax. It is also part owned by the China National Aviation Corporation and, through its affiliation with the Air China Group, is a member of the Star Alliance. Air Macau also has several code share agreements in place and is a member of the PhoenixMiles loyalty programme, the same rewards scheme as Air China.

Air Macau is headquartered in Macau, also called Macao, which is a small autonomous region in China that happens to be famous for its casinos and hugely lucrative gambling industry. Despite its strong Portuguese and Chinese influences, Macau is commonly referred to as the ‘Las Vegas of Asia’.

Air Macau currently operates a fleet of more than 20 Airbus aircraft, configured with Business and Economy Class cabins. It plans to add more aircraft as its route network develops.
