Xiamen Airlines Awarded ‘Best Airline for Service in Mainland China’ for 22 Consecutive Quarters

Xiamen Airlines was recognized as Best Airline 2017  in CAPSE (Civil Aviation Passenger Service Evaluation) for its outstanding customer services, including onboard, ground, irregular flight services. CAPSE is a leading index for air travel experiences and satisfaction rated by passengers and frequent flyers in Mainland China.
59 domestic and overseas airlines were selected for the survey, which covered rating airlines’ passenger service, in-flight services (including crew service, announcements on the plane, in-flight meal, cabin equipment, and entertainment), as well as ground service (including check-in and departure service, baggage service) for the year 2017.
Based in Fujian Province, Xiamen Airlines, China’s fifth largest carrier, offers easy connections to mainland China via three U.S. gateways: New York JFK, Seattle (SEA), and Los Angeles (LAX), operated on ultra-modern Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft.
