With the launch of the winter 2017/18 season, Vietnamese carrier Vietjet Air plans to expand service to Southern Taiwan, with the opening of Hanoi – Kaohsiung reservations on Friday, August 11, 2017. Commencing October 29, 2017, Airbus A320 aircraft will serve this route five times a week, at the following schedule:

- VJ947 KHH1145 – 1335HAN 320 x13
