- Oman Air serves over 40 destinations using mostly fuel-efficient Boeing 737s, 787 Dreamliners, and Airbus A330 aircraft.
- Oman Air’s upcoming oneworld membership, due to be finalized in June 2025, will offer travelers greater flexibility and more rewards across a network of 1,000+ destinations worldwide.
- In February, the airline launched a new series of all-Economy Class aircraft designed to offer more affordable travel options without compromising on comfort and service. Dubbed Oman Air Connect and available across five Boeing 737 MAX 8s, the new service will first be rolled out on flights to India, the Middle East, and African destinations.
- Canadian travelers can easily connect to popular tourist destinations on Oman Air’s international network, such as Dubai, Bangkok, and Mumbai.
- Domestic flights make exploring Oman’s many diverse landscapes, historical sites, and cultural experiences easy. The destination is referred to as ‘the Gem of Arabia’.
- The airline’s reputation for in-flight service excellence is well-publicized. Recent awards include the APEX Five-Star Major Airline Award 2024 and the ‘Best Airline Staff in the Middle East’ at the Skytrax 2023 World Airline Awards.
- New route: The airline will launch flights between Muscat and Amsterdam, its 11th European destination, starting July 1, 2025.
- Oman Air will return to a double-daily schedule between Muscat and London starting October 26, 2025. The second flight will initially be available four days per week.
- It has also recently extended its Muscat-Moscow service to operate year-round.
