Air Sierra Leone
Air Sierra Leone is the newly established flag carrier of Sierra Leone, based out of the Freetown International Airport. Launched in late 2024, Air Sierra Leone commenced operations in January 2025 and is all set to begin thrice-weekly direct flights between Freetown and London-Gatwick on June 16, 2025 with brand-new Boeing aircraft. The airline aims to enhance connectivity for both the Sierra Leonean diaspora and international travelers, offering competitive fares and promoting tourism and business travel. With plans to further extend its reach across West Africa and Europe, Air Sierra Leone is poised to play a pivotal role in the region’s air travel landscape.
