Product Innovation, Branding, and Global Strategy

The day began with Shreyas Nanavati leading Core Product Training, covering key services like ACSA/GSA, ARC BSP, and BSP Support Services, followed by an overview of Ancillary Products including Fare Filing and Air Services Development. He also introduced Referral Product Offerings, such as PROS.ai for Revenue Management, Upsell Management (Plus Grade), and GDS Consulting (Strateconnex).

An insightful Open Forum with Vinu Baby focused on strategies to rebuild client trust when market sales decline, offering practical solutions for client engagement.

In the afternoon, Achma Asokan presented New Products, including Flying Carpet Global Representation and Interline Connectivity Support. Vinu Baby discussed the operational side of AirlinePros Services Center, and Gopi Iyengar shared the strategic role of Client Marketing Support within MarComm (Marketing and Communications).

Achma Asokan also led a session on Global Branding and Communications, covering brand consistency, crisis management, and Social Media strategies, while Xavier Masule provided an overview of Accounting Workflows and the integration of BSP and ARC services.

The Global Customer Experience session, moderated by Corina Enciu, introduced Freshdesk for enhanced global service integration. A Panel Discussion, moderated by Fabricio Cojuc, dived deep into the industry trends and the evolving role of a successful GSAs.

The day concluded with a Panama Tourism Event, closing remarks, and a grand gala, celebrating the insights and collaboration fostered throughout the assembly.
